Hannibal

I read Hannibal by Thomas Harris on January 19, 2024

I finished reading Hannibal today. It was a little different from the previous books of the series (silence of the lambs and the red dragon). I thoroughly enjoyed it despite the overall lower quality of writing and story telling simply because of the extra content which gives us more time with Dr. Hannibal Lecter. I love trying to see things as he does and feel a bit like Will Graham - the highly empathetic detective who caught the doctor in the first place.

“words mean stuff”

Ultimately, this book is making me consider writing down what I think is important in the grand scheme of life in a way similar to Marcus.
